How much are the delivery charges?

QuillingTreasures.com provides free delivery, Normal Shipping (delivered in 3-7 Days) if your order total is Rs 999 & above. Otherwise, Rs 60 is added as shipping charges.

Express Shipping (delivered in 1-3 Days), is also available at Rs 199, anywhere in India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is 3-7 days. It may differ from one item to another. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 3-5 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by India Speed Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 3-10 days depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and sundays.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers - DTDC, First Flight. If there is no courier service available in your area/pincode, we will ship your items via IndiaPost Speedpost. We will provide tracking information for all orders.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

What about the warranty for paper-based handicrafts?

We only sell highest-quality handmade products on QuillingTreasures.com, and are subject to minor differences. Unless otherwise specified, there will be no warranty for these items. However, if there is defect within 15 days of receiving the item, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue for you. If you encounter problems at a much later date (after the first 15 days), we will not be in a position to help you and you will need to contact the brand's Service Center for assistance.

Does QuillingTreasures.com deliver internationally?

QuillingTreasures.com doesn't deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India. We will notify you through our website, whenever we start international shipments.
